I agree with some of his points but I disagree on the RNG. Part of what distinguishes Rimworld from other games is the storytelling, and in a story sometimes a main character dies leaving everyone else scrambling to pick up the pieces. The occasional “one hit shot” RNG is fine as long as it rare.
