A mirage is an optical illusion caused by the reflection of light that can make an object appear distorted, closer to you, or above or below where it actually exists. Mirages form when light rays are bent as the path of the ray crosses layers of air that have different densities. The technical term for this is refraction.
But no way can it look better, the GPU just isn’t as good as the 360s . Ports or not, the 360 is the winner for this gen, as far as graphics are concerned.Xbox 360 = Better GPU, great processor.PS3 = Lesser GPU, and a processor capable of doing more than the 360, IF the developers can even write for it . It’s highly known that the 360 is MUCH much easier to make games on than the PS3.You ask me, with the games that are already out for the Xbox 360, plus it’s live/internet support, it is currently stomping the PS3s.The Xbox’s GPU turned out to be anywhere from 20% to 30% faster/more powerful then the PS3’s GPU, and lets face it, the GPU is what dictates how good graphics looks, not the CPU.Posted: 2007/09/20 at 6:24 PMI’m not surprised that demand for the PS3 is slipping.
At first the Wizard seemed bothered. He called himself the and powerful Oz and sent them away. Later, he sent them out to bring back the witch broom. Given that Douglas hasn’t starred in a hit since Traffic in 2000, maybe the promotional appearance isn’t so surprising. And oh yes, director Brett Ratner he of the Rush Hour movies will once again be plugging Panasonic products at the company’s press conference on Sunday. Ratner was perhaps the most embarrassingly overt shill last year when he proclaimed that the difference between high definition and standard definition television was like the difference between colour and black and white TV. Mind you, now that Chris Tucker doesn’t want to make any more Rush Hour movies, Ratner may need the work.Universe hates Higgs boson, Chicago CubsBy John Bowman, CBCNews.
The best part of Sucker Punch is that whenever you mention that the film was meant to shame its target audience not entertain it, you get a bunch of replies of the very people who deserved to be shamed by the film lol. I love this film very much, not because its a cool action flick with half naked women, but because its a film about the exploitation of women and how its wrong and tragically sad. Shame on all the replies trying to critique the film on technical standards knowing full well they were the target audience of the plot twist..
For a part in cyclic use such as pushrods, chassis mounts, and various cables, you need to design to quite a bit less than the yield stress due to fatigue and risk of cracking. The question is also what “factor of safety” is accounting for. Good engineers try to “burn down” a large vague factor of safety by specifying conservative material properties (one, two, or even three standard deviations below nominal), understanding of possible load variations bolt preload varies massively even when controlled with antiseize and torque wrench/angle of turn, and so forth..
