I realize this is the norm. I had bad experiences hiring on these platforms. Yes, you get a lot of applicants because of how mainstream indeed and CL are, but you also have to sift through tons of people who haven even bothered filling out the application correctly, people who are really unqualified, or people who are not taking the position seriously.
I think at this point I just backseat modding here out of curiosity but the one that comes to mind is the post about the guy who didn eat the burrito.
