I don know if it a fashion faux pas, but I wear boots year round. I work in an air conditioned building, so most of the time that I dressed up I don have to worry about getting too hot. I have nicer ones like the Steve Madden Troopas, but I afraid of wearing them out because they expensive and I can also be pretty hard on shoes.
Jay Your book “Peace On Earth In Our Lifetime” is a wonderful piece of work! As I was rnaeidg it, there were many parts I read that were very emotional for me. It was truly a meeting of heart and mind. And I will be rnaeidg it again to hone in more on some of the very inspiring points you have made.
I got about 15k savings in the bank, with 0 debt, and have been on two major trips during my apprenticeship (travelled Colombia for 2 months, and just got back from Vietnam for 1 month). And I don hate my job most of the time. People generally don bother me, and when my 8 hours are over, I go home forget about it until tomorrow.I not at all against traditional college or university, but believe me, i feel good being debt free with money in the bank, compared to my friends who are broke in college with tens of thousands in debt.
Redeye flight from Seattle to Miami. About 40 minutes outside of Miami my wife wakes me up by tapping me on the leg. It takes me a few seconds to remove my headphones and realize she needs to get past me to use the bathroom. This was right after everything happened, and I was in a silent phase. Words weren’t coming to me well; in fact I had trouble even recognizing them sometimes, entire sentences seeming like they were another language, or backwards, as my eyes moved across them. Just printing my own name on the top of a page a few days previously, I’d second guessed the letters and their order, not even sure of that anymore..
I gotten my hair straightened before and that lasts a little longer. Is that my only solution?emmaheath_mua1 2 points submitted 4 months agoFrizzy hair is a bit of a pain to deal with. The best advice I can give you is to use hydrating/moisturising shampoo and conditioner, and look for leave in conditioners, oils, serums etc to put in after washing.
The Michael Jackson and his groin grabbing routines. The Madonna and her controversial music videos. Ah, the thawing of Cold War. David Cameron explicitly committed himself to a new politics of austerity at the Conservative Spring Conference earlier this year. But, after decades of celebration of go getting consumerism, do we even understand austerity any more? It’s a word more easily associated with post war Attlee governments, miserable freezing weather and ration books. And it’s more profound than just skipping the odd holiday, eating out less and other frequently cited changes in behaviour since the recession began.
